Understanding Recurring Billing and Cancellation
How monthly programs renew, when to cancel, and what should never be buried in fine print.

Renewal is automatic by design
Ongoing programs renew monthly so that care and supply are not interrupted. That convenience only works if the renewal date is visible and cancellation is genuinely self-service.
Cancel before the renewal date
Cancelling stops future charges. It does not automatically reverse a charge already processed or recall an order already sent for fulfilment.
On ClientRx, cancellation is available from your account, and the next renewal date is shown alongside every active program.
Red flags
Cancellation only by phone during limited hours, prepaid multi-month bundles presented as a monthly price, and renewal terms disclosed only after checkout are all patterns worth avoiding.
