Billing cycle
Programs renew every 30 days from the date of purchase at the same monthly price shown on the program page. Prices do not change without advance notice.
Renewal requirements
Renewals may require follow-up: a check-in message, updated information, or provider review depending on the program. A renewal will not ship without the clinical steps a provider requires.
Changing a program
You can change programs between cycles. A change may require a new intake or a fresh provider review, because eligibility criteria differ by program.
Pausing
A program can be paused for up to two cycles. Paused programs do not bill and do not ship.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time from your dashboard before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund a month already shipped.
One program per category
Only one active recurring program is permitted per treatment category, so that programs acting on similar pathways are not stacked without clinical review.
