Fulfillment

What happens after a provider says yes.

Fulfillment begins only after approval. This page describes how a prescription becomes a package, and what the pharmacy is responsible for along the way.

A ClientRx-branded shipping box with discreet outer packaging

Six stages

From prescription to doorstep.

Standard shipping is included in every monthly program price. Expedited shipping is not offered.

  1. 01

    Prescription received

A fulfillment pharmacy receives the prescription only after a licensed provider approves treatment.

  2. 02

    Verification

The pharmacy verifies the prescription, the patient record, and any program-specific handling requirements.

  3. 03

    Preparation

The medication is dispensed, or where applicable prepared as a compounded formulation for an individual patient.

  4. 04

    Quality checks

Labelling, beyond-use dating, storage requirements, and documentation are checked before release.

  5. 05

    Dispatch

The shipment leaves in discreet outer packaging, with cold-chain materials where a program requires them.

  6. 06

    Tracking

Tracking appears in your dashboard as soon as the pharmacy dispatches the order.

Standards

What a fulfillment pharmacy is responsible for.

Licensing

Licensed in the receiving state

Pharmacies must hold current licensure covering the state where the shipment is delivered.

Handling

Storage and cold chain

Temperature-sensitive programs ship with cold-chain packaging and a scheduled delivery date, plus written storage instructions in the box.

Labelling

Clear, patient-specific labels

Labels carry the patient name, program, dosing instruction, and beyond-use date. Demonstration product imagery on this site reproduces this format illustratively.

Compounding

Only where appropriate

Where a program may be fulfilled as a compounded preparation, that status is disclosed on the program page before purchase.

About compounded medications

Traceability

Documented at every step

Preparation, release, and dispatch are recorded so any shipment can be traced end to end.

Problems

Replacement, not argument

Damaged, incorrect, or missing shipments reported within seven days are replaced at no additional cost.
