Demonstration notice. ClientRx is a fictional demonstration telehealth brand. Products, pricing, providers, pharmacies, and testimonials shown are illustrative only.
Information we describe collecting
A live telehealth service of this type would collect the following categories of information:
- Account information such as name, email address, and password credentials
- Medical intake information including history, medications, allergies, and goals
- Identity verification information used to confirm you are who you say you are
- Order, billing, and shipment information
- Secure messages exchanged with providers and support
- Technical information such as device type, browser, and general location
How information would be used
Information would be used to operate the service: to route your intake to a licensed provider, to support clinical decision-making, to fulfill approved prescriptions, to manage renewals and billing, and to respond to support requests.
Health information would not be sold. It would not be used for advertising or for building marketing profiles.
Security
A production service would apply encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege access for staff. This demonstration site stores only browser-local data on your own device and transmits nothing to a server.
Your choices
You would be able to access your record, request corrections, request deletion where retention rules allow, export a copy, and withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Requests would be handled through account settings or the contact form.
Retention
Clinical records are typically retained for a period set by state law, which is often several years after the last interaction. Non-clinical records such as marketing preferences would be retained only while relevant.
Children
Programs are offered to adults only. A service of this type would not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Contact
Questions about this demonstration policy can be sent through the ClientRx contact form. No response from a real privacy office will be provided, because ClientRx is fictional.
