About ClientRx
ClientRx is a demonstration of what a national telehealth company looks like when every price, limit, and clinical decision point is stated plainly.

Our story
ClientRx began as an answer to a pattern: people abandoning online care not because they were declined, but because they could not tell what they were buying. Was the consultation extra? Would shipping appear later? Did paying mean a prescription was coming?
So the product was designed backwards from those questions. One monthly price per program. Clinical status printed on the program page. The intake sequence explained before checkout instead of after. A refund rule that says plainly what happens when a provider says no.
What remains is a platform that connects patients with independent licensed clinicians, keeps the whole program in one record, and stays out of the way of clinical judgment.
Demonstration notice. ClientRx is a fictional demonstration telehealth brand. Products, pricing, providers, pharmacies, and testimonials shown are illustrative only.
Mission and values
Five commitments that shape every program page, every price, and every message we send.
Clinical decisions belong to clinicians. Our job is to give them a complete picture and stay out of the way of their judgment.
One monthly price per program. No consultation fee, no membership charge, no standard shipping charge, no upsell at the last screen.
Intake, review, messaging, renewals, and shipment tracking live in one place instead of three portals and a phone tree.
Plain language, disclosed limitations, and honest ordering: we tell you the intake happens after checkout before you spend anything.
Programs are designed to work across state lines, with availability determined by provider licensure where you live.
Difference
One monthly amount covers review, support, and standard shipping. Nothing is added at the last screen, and no membership sits on top.
We tell you the medical intake happens after checkout before you spend anything, because surprise is the enemy of trust.
Compounded and investigational status appears on the program page, in the cart, and again at checkout — not in a footnote.
Providers are never incentivized to approve. A declined program is refunded in full, and we treat that as the system working.
Programs are designed for adults seeking ongoing, provider-directed care in five categories.
Asynchronous care removes the two costs that stop people from starting: travel and waiting. A written intake also produces a more complete history than a rushed fifteen-minute visit, because you can answer carefully and attach detail.
It has real limits. There is no physical exam, some conditions cannot be assessed online, and a provider may tell you to be seen in person. Those limits are stated in the telehealth consent before any review begins.
Where telehealth works well is exactly where ClientRx operates: routine, protocol-driven programs with clear eligibility criteria and structured follow-up.

Privacy
Health information is used to deliver care and nothing else. It is never sold and never used to build advertising profiles.

ClientRx does not publish invented physician profiles. Instead, we describe the ClientRx Clinical Network: independent licensed providers, the review process they follow, and the standards they are held to.
