When orders ship
Fulfillment begins only after provider approval. Pharmacies typically prepare and dispatch within two business days of receiving the prescription.
Delivery timelines
Standard delivery is described as three to five business days after dispatch. Temperature-sensitive programs may ship with cold-chain packaging and a scheduled delivery date.
Packaging
Shipments arrive in discreet outer packaging with no clinical detail printed outside, and include handling and storage instructions.
Tracking
Tracking appears in your dashboard as soon as the pharmacy dispatches the shipment.
Delivery problems
Report a late, damaged, or missing shipment within seven days of the expected delivery date and a replacement is arranged at no additional cost.
Address changes
Update your address before a renewal date. Addresses cannot be changed once a shipment has been dispatched.
