The Difference Between Program Purchase and Prescription Approval
Two separate events that are easy to confuse, and why the distinction protects you.

Buying access, not buying a medicine
A program purchase buys clinical review, support, shipping, and follow-up. It does not buy a medicine, because a medicine can only follow a clinical decision.
Any platform that presents payment as the moment you 'get prescribed' has described its own service inaccurately.
What happens between the two
Intake, identity verification, clinician review, and possibly requests for more information or laboratory work. Only after that does approval — or a decline — occur.
If approval does not come
The refund policy applies. On ClientRx, if a provider determines treatment is not appropriate before fulfilment, the program payment is refunded with no hidden review fee.
Next steps
Read the safety information for any program you are considering, then check what the monthly price includes before you select anything.
