About this program

The ClientRx NAD+ Program sits in the longevity and wellness category. It is offered as a provider-directed wellness program, not as a treatment for any disease and not as an anti-aging intervention.

NAD+ is a coenzyme present in every cell and involved in normal energy metabolism. Interest in supplementing it has grown, but the clinical evidence base for wellness use is limited and still developing. ClientRx describes it in those terms rather than as an established therapy.

Care is delivered the same way as every other ClientRx program: purchase, secure intake, licensed-provider review. A clinician may decide the program is not appropriate, may request laboratory work, or may recommend nothing at all.

People commonly considered are adults with general wellness or energy-related goals and no contraindicating conditions. This program is not a substitute for evaluating fatigue that has a medical cause — a clinician may direct you to in-person evaluation instead.

How it may work

NAD+ participates in normal cellular energy metabolism and in a number of enzymatic processes. That biological role is well described; what a supplementation program does for an individual's day-to-day experience is far less certain.

Any effect a person notices may be gradual, may be small, and may not occur at all. ClientRx makes no claim about energy levels, cognition, recovery, or aging.

This page does not provide dosing or administration guidance. Where a program is approved, instructions come from the prescribing clinician and pharmacy.

Safety summary

  • Reported effects with NAD+ preparations include flushing, nausea, headache, injection-site reactions, and a sensation of chest tightness during rapid administration.
  • Because these preparations are compounded, product quality depends on the compounding pharmacy. Sterility and handling matter.
  • Seek immediate care for signs of an allergic reaction, breathing difficulty, or chest pain.

Program questions

ClientRx does not promise any energy improvement. Evidence for wellness use is limited and individual experience varies.
