The journey

Five stages from agreement to go-live.

A clear path with a small number of decisions on your side and a coordinated implementation on ours.

  1. 01

    Sign & Start

  2. 02

    Prepare Your Business

  3. 03

    Scriptful Builds

  4. 04

    Test Together

  5. 05

    Go Live

Parallel track

Compliance review runs alongside stages 02–04 — it does not block onboarding from starting.

01. Sign & Start

Your onboarding begins once your agreement is complete and your account is activated.

Sign Your Agreement

Review and execute your Scriptful services agreement.

Complete Initial Payment

Complete the required initial payment to activate onboarding.

Business Information

Provide the core business and contact information needed to establish your account.

Meet Your Team

Connect with the Scriptful team that will coordinate your implementation and launch.

Once these items are complete, implementation can begin.

02. Prepare Your Business

Before Scriptful can complete your clinical and technical buildout, we need a few core pieces of your business finalized.

Website Ready

Your branded website, product pages, customer journey, and checkout experience should be ready for integration.

  • Product pages created
  • Customer-facing pricing established
  • Checkout flow ready
  • Required business and telehealth content present
  • Website ready for Scriptful integration and review

Other onboarding work can begin in parallel while your site is being finished.

Pharmacy Selected

Choose the pharmacy partner or partners that will fulfill your prescriptions.

  • Pharmacy selected
  • Pharmacy relationship established where required
  • Current pharmacy formulary obtained
  • Formulary provided to Scriptful

We need the pharmacy's actual formulary—not just the pharmacy name—so your products can be mapped accurately.

Product Offering Finalized

Tell us exactly what you intend to offer your customers so every storefront product can be mapped to the correct clinical and fulfillment workflow.

For each offering we need

  • Customer-facing product name
  • Pharmacy/formulary medication
  • Product ID or SKU used on the website
  • Fulfillment pharmacy
  • Purchase cadence
  • Subscription status

Purchase cadence

One-TimeMonthlyQuarterlyOther Defined Program

Subscription status

SubscriptionOne-Time Purchase

If the same medication has multiple purchase options, each storefront Product ID should be identified separately. A monthly product and a quarterly product may use the same underlying medication but have different Product IDs and purchasing behavior.

Payments Ready

Your payment processor should be approved and configured for the way you intend to sell your products.

  • Payment processor active
  • Checkout connected
  • Pricing finalized
  • Recurring billing configured if subscriptions are offered
  • Monthly or quarterly billing behavior confirmed where applicable
  • Test transactions available for launch testing

If you plan to offer subscriptions, recurring payment functionality should be established before final launch testing.

Once your website, pharmacy, formulary, product offering, Product IDs, purchasing structure, and payment processing are ready, the Scriptful team coordinates the remaining implementation.
