Identity of the pharmacy
Before a real launch, a platform should be able to name the pharmacy or pharmacies fulfilling its prescriptions, along with their licensure. ClientRx, as a demonstration site, deliberately does not invent one.
Scope and coverage
Pharmacy coverage varies by state and by product. A pharmacy able to dispense one program may not be able to dispense another, and that shapes real availability far more than marketing does.
Handling and shipping
Ask how temperature-sensitive products are packaged, what happens when a shipment is delayed or damaged, and who pays for a replacement. Replacement products are not included in ClientRx demonstration pricing.
