Before you start the intake
Gather your medication list, allergy history, recent laboratory results if you have them, and government-issued identification. Note any prior reaction to a medicine and any condition you are being followed for.
Answer completely, not strategically
Intakes are not tests to pass. Omitting a medication or condition to improve the odds of approval removes the only safeguard the process has.
Expect follow-up questions
A reviewer asking for more detail is doing the job properly. Respond through your secure account, and keep an eye on messages so a decision is not delayed.
Next steps
Read the safety information for any program you are considering, then check what the monthly price includes before you select anything.
